Customer Service Liaison

The Customer Service Coordinator proactively ensures a wonderful first and last impression for visitors, patients and guests, and greets and directs patients and visitors to their respective destinations. This person answers informational questions regarding locations of departments, contact people, hours of operation, visiting hours, distribute visitor passes, registers, communicates, screens visitors, problem solves, makes decisions to insure the best outcome for the patient, visitor and guest. The Customer Service Coordinator is a self directed position of responsibility and independent decision-making on behalf of our patients, guests and visitors. RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
