Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

Full time availability only.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Overtime may be required if needed.
Anything over 40 hours is overtime.    

Job Summary: Maintain customer relations, order processing and order project management through the pre-production phases of manufacturing vinyl records. Orders project goods and prepares customer estimates and invoices. Works with clients to confirm shipping logistics and vendors to track incoming inventory items and project components. Confirm daily production details and inputs project details into job scheduling systems. Works with Production and Assembly Coordinator to complete final invoices for projects. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: none

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Daily correspondence with customers and vendors
• Creates estimates and project invoices
• Order project parts and components
• Coordinates shipping details, and logs accordingly
• Uses multiple systems, QuickBooks, Google Sheets and Drive, job scheduling system
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong and effective written and verbal communication  
• Detail oriented
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Work effectively on a team

Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree or equivalent job history, and 1-3 years experience in a high paced work environment. Customer service and production or project management experience desirable.  

Physical Requirements:

Extended periods of sitting and standing. Periods of walking and carrying items. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a manufacturing position and is NOT retail.

Starting pay is $20.00/hr plus the benefits listed below.
