Job Title: Customer Service- Logistics Specialist
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Hours: 3rd Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM

As a Customer Service- Logistics Specialist, you'll be essential in managing customer accounts, optimizing logistics processes, and boosting client satisfaction. Youll work closely with the Sales Support team to identify opportunities, solve issues quickly, and contribute to the company's success.
What You'll Do:
- Build and grow both new and existing customer accounts to support business development efforts.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to ensure clients enjoy a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support team to identify and share potential business opportunities.
- Oversee order processing, load procurement, negotiation, freight tendering, and issue resolution to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through phone, email, and online channels, coordinating with owner-operators or agents to facilitate cost-effective shipments.
- Track shipments from order placement through to delivery, ensuring timely performance and suggesting process improvements when necessary.
What You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- At least two years of experience in the logistics industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude and proactive approach.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.
