What You'll DoAs a Logistics Specialist (Third Shift) you will be responsible for:- Build and grow new and existing customer accounts to support business development efforts
- Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service across phone, email, and online channels
- Oversee order processing and shipment coordination, including load procurement and freight tendering
- Track shipments from order placement through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and recommending improvements
- Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with owner-operators/agents and supporting seamless logistics operations
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:- Customer service experience with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- At least 2 years of logistics industry experience preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
