#LI-RM1You will use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet search tools, smartphones, tablets, and handheld data-entry devicesWork 8-12 hour days outdoors in all weather conditions and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation unless scheduled offTravel daily throughout assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel requiredSafely operate a company service vehicle and maintain a valid driver's licenseFurther, you will independently plan, prioritize, and manage daily and weekly workloads based on work orders, schedules, and customer needsProvide remote support coverage for Northern and Central Georgia, with a primary focus on the Greater Atlanta areaMaintain professional communication with customers, sales representatives, contractors, management, and internal teamsFollow written and verbal instructions, company policies, safety procedures, and maintenance standardsAnd you will read and interpret drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and materials-of-construction documentationTroubleshoot, inspect, maintain, and repair cryogenic systems, including pumps, refrigeration equipment, and leak repairsYou will perform pipefitting, system installation, and electrical troubleshooting activitiesService and diagnose regulators, solenoids, check valves, manual and automatic valves, pressure relief devices, and rupture discsAnd you will complete required technical training and certification programs at the company's National Training CenterSupport and promote a strong safety culture while working collaboratively as part of a team
