Position Overview
A growing national benefits broker in North Dallas is seeking a highly motivated Benefits Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key client relationships. This role combines elements of account management and client success, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong partnerships, and proactively identifying solutions to meet client needs.
The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, service-oriented, and takes ownership of client concerns from start to finish. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely support and a high-touch, "white glove" experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned clients.
• Proactively identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Recommend and coordinate appropriate solutions and resources.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on responsiveness and accountability.
• Take ownership of client inquiries and issues, collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution.
• Regularly engage with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Act as a client advocate while supporting overall business objectives.
• Contribute to the enhancement of client service standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing experience in account management, client success, customer success, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to build credibility and establish trusted client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service levels.
• Willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong work ethic and hands-on approach to supporting clients.
