Graham Personnel Services is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warranty & Customer Service Manager to join our growing client in Greensboro. This role serves as the primary point of contact for warranty claims and customer support while providing administrative assistance to the sales team. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warranty claims from initial customer contact through final resolution.
  • Review, process, and track warranty requests while ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding warranty and service-related inquiries.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by resolving questions, concerns, and issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including order entry, quotations, customer documentation, and sales paperwork.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure projects and warranty claims are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, customer communications, sales activities, and related documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling service work and communicating updates to customers.
  • Monitor outstanding warranty cases to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, warranty administration, sales support, or office administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, home improvement, pool/spa, or service-related industries.
  • Previous warranty administration experience.
  • Sales support or inside sales administrative experience.
