STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Customer Service Manager to join the team. This position is responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from handling critical inquiries to ensuring delivery assurance. This position manages the customer service team, serving as the primary bridge between internal operations and external customers. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales and service performance metrics, guiding the customer service team, and managing the complete sales administration process. Success in this role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to connect cross‑functional insights to drive customer satisfaction. Education/Experience: 2-4 years of college and or 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a Customer Service Management role in manufacturing.
