Position Overview:
Stansel Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position, enjoys developing team members, and can balance day-to-day service responsibilities with team oversight and performance management.


You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while driving team success through coaching, accountability, and process improvement.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and support the customer service team
  • Train and develop staff to ensure high performance and consistent service standards
  • Handle complex customer service requests and escalations
  • Support cross-selling efforts and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Re-engage past clients through winback initiatives
  • Monitor team productivity, set goals, and hold team members accountable
  • Maintain organized workflows and ensure efficient daily operations
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to improve processes and team performance
Qualifications:
  • Prior insurance industry experience required
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to coach, train, and develop team members
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable handling both leadership responsibilities and hands-on service work
