Position Summary

The Customer Service Manager serves as the primary point of contact with customers and plays a vital role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Reporting directly to the owner, you will manage customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, prepare project estimates, coordinate production workflow, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the printing and design industry. Comprehensive training on company software, procedures, and products will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate project estimates.
• Coordinate production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Communicate customer specifications to production and support teams.
• Process orders, collect payments or deposits, and coordinate billing.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Promote additional products and services based on customer needs.
• Represent the company professionally within the local community.
• Ensure projects move efficiently through production while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in printing, graphics, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn company software.
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
