Direct Hire opportunity working for a leader in the equipment distribution industry!
Pay: starts at 85,000 based on experience
Monday thru Friday 8am 5pm schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with dealers and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
Job Description:
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with distributors, dealer networks, and channel partners to meet revenue and margin targets.
Lead day-to-day sales execution for an assigned territory/region; set goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
Create joint business plans with key distributors; develop pipeline, manage renewal/expansion opportunities, and increase share of wallet.
Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting; track KPIs and provide regular updates on performance and market trends.
Partner with internal teams on pricing strategy, promotions, rebate programs, and discounting to support profitability and growth.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, supply chain, customer service, and finance to ensure product availability, smooth order flow, and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain deep knowledge of products, competitive landscape, and customer needs; deliver training/support to distributor reps where applicable.
