RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the office team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor new and current employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years in sales/customer service preferred.
• Prior experience in a managerial role preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
