Bilingual Customer Service Manager (English/Spanish)

What You’ll Do
Be the go-to for customers: questions, follow-ups, and support
Use a needs-based approach to guide customers to the right insurance/financial options
Keep the day moving: leads, scheduling, and next steps
Team up to solve issues fast and keep service on point
What We’re Looking For
English/Spanish required (verbal + written)
You communicate clearly and you genuinely listen
Detail-focused, proactive problem-solver, and a true team player
Currently licensed or willing to get licensed within 30 days
Comfortable learning computer systems
