Alex Pizarro State Farm in Round Lake is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have prior State Farm office experience and a passion for helping people, we’d love to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
Lead and support team members, fostering a positive and productive environment
Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and care
Manage scheduling, reporting, compliance, and office logistics
Maintain knowledge of State Farm systems, policies, and procedures
Support sales goals through customer service, retention, and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications:
Previous State Farm agency experience strongly preferred
Proven leadership or office management experience
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency with State Farm systems (ECenter, SFConnect, etc.) is a plus
