Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
- Lead and support team members, fostering a positive and productive environment
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
- Handle escalated customer service issues with professionalism and care
- Manage scheduling, reporting, compliance, and office logistics
- Maintain knowledge of State Farm systems, policies, and procedures
- Support sales goals through customer service, retention, and cross-selling opportunities
- Previous State Farm agency experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership or office management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with State Farm systems (ECenter, SFConnect, etc.) is a plus
