As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Natalie Arnett - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the agency team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor agency staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior insurance experience required (5+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty & Life/Health).
