Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Salary Range: $65,000- $95,000 annually (good-faith estimate upon hire)
Additional Compensation:
- This position includes eligibility for quarterly incentives and employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.
Total Compensation: In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for quarterly incentive compensation, including performance-based salary increases. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity.

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Manager to help us build a strong, service-driven team from the ground up. This position requires prior banking experience and a strong understanding of branch operations and customer service. What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operations and success of our branch. You'll support the Branch Manager and lead by example to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and foster a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving branch goals.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Foster a strong sales and service culture by coaching employees, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting customer relationship development.
- Serve as a key banking resource for customers and staff, assisting with complex banking needs, lending activities, and branch leadership, including acting as Branch Manager when needed.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Required: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in branch operations, sales, or customer service. Candidates without prior banking experience will not be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervising, coaching, or leading a team in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, regulations, and branch operations, with the ability to apply that knowledge in day-to-day decision-making.
- Proven customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills, including experience identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
