Customer Service Representative – Must-Have Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Customer Service Representative – Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role supports new orders, manages delivery schedules, and resolves order-related concerns while coordinating closely with production and internal teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage customer relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven industry.

Customer Service Representative – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product details
• Enter and manage new customer orders accurately
• Coordinate with production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Proactively address and resolve delivery issues or order discrepancies
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications and updates
• Support continuous improvement in customer service processes
• Monitor order progress and escalate concerns when necessary
• Provide professional, solution-focused customer support

Customer Service Representative – Additional Qualifications

• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience working with production schedules and supply chain coordination
• Strong leadership presence and ability to take ownership of accounts
• Ability to remain composed under pressure
• Team-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
