What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as an important resource for our patients by providing friendly, professional assistance with their billing questions and account needs.

Responsibilities include:
  • Answer incoming multi-line phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Assist patients with billing questions and payment inquiries.
  • Process payments securely over the phone.
  • Update patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Review patient account balances and explain charges.
  • Resolve billing concerns and account disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work Accounts Receivable to help resolve outstanding balances.
  • Navigate the electronic health record (EHR) system accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Medical office experience is helpful but not required.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
  • Call center experience is preferred.
  • Medical office or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.
