Customer Service Representative


Location: Hialeah Gardens, FL


A well-established and growing supplier in Hialeah Gardens is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a high volume of customer interactions, processing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Create, track, and manage customer service tickets
  • Follow up on open orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries
  • Process credit memos, returns, and order adjustments
  • Provide product and order information to customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and accounting departments to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers


Qualifications:


  • Previous customer service experience in a distribution, manufacturing, supplier, wholesale, or similar environment preferred
  • Strong data entry and order processing skills
  • Experience handling high call volumes and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with credit memos, returns, and customer account support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
