Position Overview
The Customer Service role is responsible for supporting customer order fulfillment and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment. This Customer Service position involves order entry, shipping coordination, inventory support, and communication with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing. The ideal Customer Service candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Enter customer orders accurately and support order processing activities
Assist with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions
Generate shipping labels and prepare shipment documentation
Pick, pack, and ship small warranty replacement parts
Support inventory organization and labeling for the drop-ship program
Collaborate with shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate orders
Maintain organized records and documentation
Perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service or warehouse experience
Experience with ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred)
SPS Commerce experience preferred
Work Environment
Combination of office and warehouse environments
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and concrete surfaces
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed
