Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or in-person
- Provide accurate and knowledgeable information about our company, services, and properties
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Process applications, lease agreements, and other necessary paperwork
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction
- Keep detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is a plus
