Job Summary: The Cashier is the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly by making eye contact, displaying a genuine smile, and warm greeting- “Hi, welcome to Lee’s”.
- Assist guests with menu selections.
- Accurately process orders and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Consistently use suggestive selling to increase profits.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the dining area and front counter.
- Ensure orders are double checked and delivered promptly and correctly.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to complete required digital training on the LMS.
- Previous experience in food service is a plus.
