MVNY is seeking a full-time Customer Service representative to join our team! We are an expanding marketing company known for our innovative approach to connecting clients with essential services. We’re looking for well-spoken critical thinkers who can move quickly on their feet without needing to be micromanaged. With our clientele growing, we need more personnel to help manage interactions and ensure we remain known for our excellent service and personalized hospitality.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary of $42-58k, with opportunities for additional bonuses. You’ll work Monday through Friday, gaining valuable experience in client relations, community outreach, and case escalation.

Our ideal candidate has experience or interest in:

• Interacting with clients face-to-face
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Working both independently and in teams with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking and the knowledge to end any interaction with a customer or client positively

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a communications, marketing, customer relations, hospitality, Sales Associate, or content creation role (internships and volunteer work considered)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving

Prefered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
