Customer Service

LHH is seeking a customer service professional for one of our great clients. In this position you will be tasked with processing quotes and orders.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high?quality customer support by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests with professionalism and accuracy
• Process customer orders, quotes, and account updates using ERP and CRM systems while ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams to provide timely solutions
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status, shipments, delays, and tracking information
• Manage customer records, documentation, and data entry to support efficient service operations
• Build positive customer relationships through active listening, problem?solving, and consistent follow?through

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service within manufacturing
• Good phone presence
• CRM or ERP experience

Pay/Benefits:

• Pay: $21-$23/hr

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
