About the Role
As a Customer Service & Office Coordinator, you'll serve as one of the central points of communication between customers, technicians, and the office. You'll manage incoming calls, coordinate scheduling, support daily office operations, and help keep work moving efficiently.
We're looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, staying organized under pressure, and contributing beyond the basic responsibilities of the position.
What You'll Do
Answer customer calls and provide a high-quality customer experience.
Schedule and coordinate technician appointments in real time
Help manage daily office workflow and support operational efficiency.
Communicate scheduling updates and job details with field technicians.
Assist with improving office processes and maintaining organization.
Support accountability and follow-through across day-to-day operations.
Help create a positive and professional experience for both customers and team members.
Take ownership of projects and additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.

What You Bring
2+ years of customer service, dispatching, office coordination, or administrative experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and data entry skills
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative
HVAC or home service experience preferred but not required
Interest in long-term growth and expanding responsibilities
Schedule
Monday-Friday, typically 8:30 AM-4:30 PM with occasional overtime based on workload.
