Job Summary (in List Format): Customer Service Office Facilitator
- Greet and guide customers entering the office lobby
- Provide assistance and direction to customers as needed
- Support photo-taking process for customers
- Provide support at lobby and kiosk stations
- Handle, file, and record customer documentation accurately
- Administer written tests and enter exam results into the computer system
- Operate the greeter station, where applicable
- Deliver excellent in-person customer service at all times
- Use a computer to manage and record documentation
- Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to customer facilitation and office supportE
