Client Services Officer

Position Overview:
The Client Services Officer provides advanced secretarial, administrative, and operational support to the Relationship Management team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the regional office and plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting commercial banking functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support- Assist with day-to-day operations of the regional office.
- Perform word processing, maintain files, and manage office supplies.
- Support general office management and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare data and conduct analysis on account holders and account information.
Customer & Relationship Management Support- Assist Relationship Managers with administrative tasks such as letters, financial requests, and status updates.
- Help customers open appropriate account types and gather required documentation.
- Review legal and account documentation to ensure bank assets are protected.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a high level of service.
Compliance & Quality Control- Ensure compliance with commercial banking policies and procedures.
- Consult with Quality Control, BSA, or other departments as needed.
- Stay informed of new developments affecting corporate banking.
Process Improvement- Recommend new methods and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:- College degree preferred but not required.
- Ideally seeking 23 years of banking experience.
- Experience with business formation documents and account creation is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
