Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• Backup Reception – 2 positions

Position OverviewWe are hiring dependable candidates for Customer Service and Backup Reception positions. These roles are based in a professional corporate office environment and require strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Customer Service Responsibilities· Assist customers and provide professional service
· Answer questions and provide accurate information
· Handle phone calls and general customer inquiries
· Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
· Complete basic office and administrative tasks
· Follow company procedures and maintain accurate informationBackup Reception Responsibilities· Greet and assist visitors professionally
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
· Provide backup coverage for the front desk as needed
· Assist with basic administrative and office duties
· Maintain an organized and professional reception area
· Communicate effectively with staff and visitorsRequirements· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Professional and friendly demeanor
· Dependable attendance and punctuality
· Comfortable using computers and basic office systems
· Ability to multitask and stay organized
