Customer Service Representative – Distribution Center
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: $15/hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-hire after 30 days (potential for permanent placement)About the Role:People Source OKC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a busy distribution center in Oklahoma City. In this hybrid role, you'll primarily provide customer support and administrative assistance, while also stepping in as a backup warehouse worker as needed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both office and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and inventory updates.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Process and track orders accurately using computer systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Serve as a backup warehouse associate to assist with packing, sorting, or light shipping tasks when needed.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general office duties.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience; distribution or warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable and flexible, with a team-first attitude.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to lift light packages and assist in warehouse tasks as needed.
