Position Summary
The Client Care Assistant supports the client care team by assisting with data entry, electronic filing and reviewing paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
Enter inquiries, send out agreements, and update tasks for the office team.
Provide occasional field support, such as delivering supplies (e.g., gloves) to caregivers or clients.
Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth coordination of client services.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable speaking with clients, families, and referral partners.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule between office and field activities.
Previous experience in healthcare, home care, senior living, or marketing preferred.
Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
