Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming calls from Arizona state employees and retirees.
- Provide accurate and professional assistance regarding Open Enrollment 2027.
- Respond to customer questions and explain benefits-related information clearly.
- Assist callers in resolving questions or concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout each interaction.
