Customer Service Representative:
  • Answer incoming calls from Arizona state employees and retirees.
  • Provide accurate and professional assistance regarding Open Enrollment 2027.
  • Respond to customer questions and explain benefits-related information clearly.
  • Assist callers in resolving questions or concerns and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout each interaction.
