Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service & Operations Coordinator:

• 
  
• Provide friendly and responsive support to customers and internal teams.
• 
  
• Coordinate service activities, scheduling, and day-to-day operational needs.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate service, job, and customer documentation.
• 
  
• Provide administrative support across Service and Installation operations.
• 
  
• Assist with purchasing, inventory, and general operational coordination.
• 
  
• Help ensure customer requests and internal processes are handled efficiently from start to finish.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Customer Service & Operations Coordinator:

• 
  
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, service coordination, or operations.
• 
  
• Experience working in a service-based or field-service environment is a plus.
• 
  
• Comfortable managing scheduling, documentation, data entry, and customer communication.
• 
  
• Proficiency with standard office and business software.
•
