We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator opportunity with our Wire & Cable client. For more than 75 years, this client has been a trusted supplier of commercial, industrial, aerospace, military, and government wire and cable solutions. Their Phoenix location is a small, collaborative office where every team member plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Serve as the primary administrative support to the General Manager.
  • Prepare customer quotations based on product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Process customer orders and accurately enter all required information into the company's ERP system.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the order fulfillment process, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records.
  • Assist with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Occasionally assist in the warehouse by pulling customer orders and supporting shipping activities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and processes to provide exceptional customer support.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, operations support, administrative support, inside sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Pay Rate Range: $50,000 - $62,000 annually

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
