Customer Service & Operations Representative

Auto Export Shipping is a leading international shipping company. We provide international shipping for all self-propelled or containerized cargo. Our sea freight division is always attentive towards the maritime market for efficiently managing deliveries around the world.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and manage customer bookings
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
  • Provide pricing and shipping quotes to customers based on shipment details
  • Communicate with shipping lines and submit necessary shipping documentation
  • Prepare and ship packages using FedEx
  • Obtain cargo measurements from ports and communicate details to customers
  • Prepare cargo release documents and load lists for shipments scheduled to sail
  • Resolve problematic or delayed shipments and work toward positive solutions for customers
  • Maintain accurate records and shipment details using internal systems and spreadsheets
    Qualifications:

    • Entry level position
    • Bilingual (required)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with Magaya software is a plus
    • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
