Job Title: Customer Service Order Entry
Location: King of Prussia, PA
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
Work Model: Remote – offsite (Remote but must live in the vicinity of Blue Bell, PA)
Hours: TBD - 1st shift

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Handle basic customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues when necessary
• Utilize Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform daily tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order processing and data management
• Ensure all data entry tasks comply with company standards and procedures

Requirements

• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Prior experience in data entry or customer service roles preferred
