Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking? We're looking for a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to support daily shipping, receiving and customer service operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and dispatch customer shipments
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Communicate with warehouse teams, customers and carriers regarding shipments and receipts
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately and on time
Assist with inbound and outbound freight scheduling
Perform data entry, filing, email correspondence and other administrative duties
Support daily office and customer service operations

Warehouse and office setting
Temperatures may range from approximately 28 F to 38 F depending on work area
Occasional exposure to wet floors or damp conditions
May work in an environment where meat products are present
