Customer Service & Order Processing Representative
$17-18/hr | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Representative to support customers, process orders, and work with internal teams in a fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Do

• Process customer orders, quotes, and RMAs
• Confirm product specs with sales and technical teams
• Handle customer questions, complaints, shipping, and billing issues
• Process credits, order corrections, and invoice discrepancies
• Answer calls and provide timely, professional follow-up
• Maintain accurate records and organized documentation

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Accurate data entry and basic math
• Microsoft Office and general computer skills
