Lingo Staffing is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist in the Lake Mary, FL area to start ASAP!


Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist - This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of customer service, data entry, and administrative support. If you’re organized, proactive, and know how to stay on top of multiple tasks—this role is for you.



Pay & Scheduled:
  • $16.00 Hourly
  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM


Requirements:
  • Must have 2–5 years of customer service, administrative, or clerical experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service & Administrative Support
  • Enter and manage customer purchase orders in ERP system
  • Create and maintain job folders for new orders
  • Track order status, updates, and delivery confirmations
  • Provide shipment updates, reports, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns
  • Monitor customer portals, logs, and performance scorecards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation at all times
  • Support leadership team with special projects and requests
  • Operations Support
  • Assist with work orders and production packet creation
  • Track and follow up on customer quality alerts
  • Identify trends, issues, and escalate when needed
  • Support continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide backup support for front desk and incoming calls
