Compensation: $17 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Weekends: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Remote)

A Customer Service -Confirmations Specialist willwork on our Confirmations Team along with our sales team to manage calendars, communicate with customers, and confirm appointments to delivering a great customer experience.

Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers over the phone and written channels
• Respond to queries related to products and services
• Handle and resolve complaints in accord with established policies and procedures
• Any additional duties that are necessary due to the evolving needs of the business

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
