    ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHARMACY CLERK

    Upperline Health's Ascend Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Customer Service Pharmacy Clerk to work in our compounding pharmacy. As part of a fast-growing company, this is an exciting opportunity to expand your logistical skills or gain hands-on experience with shipping processes.

    We are a closed-door pharmacy with a Monday- Friday schedule.

    Work hours are 8:00 - 4:30 (Monday- Thursday) and 8:00 - 3:00 (Friday).

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Scheduling shipments and planning logistics
    • Preparing required paperwork for shipments
    • Packaging and shipping of medications and products
    • Checking orders for accuracy
    • Receiving deliveries
    • Prescription dispensing
    • Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis
    • Process payments
    • Document organization and scanning
    • Filing medication back tags
    • Administrative duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHARMACY CLERK

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
    • Pharmacy experience preferred
    • 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and values high degree of accuracy
    • Tenacious problem solver, with demonstrated capacity to embrace complex problems and arrive at effective solutions in a timely manner
    • Enjoys working in a team-based environment with active collaboration
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, kneel, crouch, and carry up to 40 pounds over short distances

    COMPENSATION

    Compensation is commensurate to compensation for similar positions in the region based on prior training and experience.
