About the Role:
GDP Promos is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Production professional to join our growing team in Jupiter, FL. Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
• Support daily production operations by maintaining efficient workflow and meeting output goals
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate service delivery
• Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in company systems using Acctivate, Oracle and Enterprise Systems.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or a production-oriented role preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry
• Positive, team-first attitude with a commitment to delivering quality results
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
