Location: Elkhart, IN (100% Onsite)
Work Hours: Monday-Friday
Salary: $36,400 - $38,480 annually

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information and resolve customer questions and concerns
Enter and maintain customer information within company systems
Process documentation and ensure records are accurate and up to date
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
Support daily administrative and operational functions as needed

Qualifications

Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
