Customer Service Representative

Rocket Pest Control is an out of this world company looking for the best people to help us be the trusted choice in pest control!

 

 

Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Pay: $18.00/hour + Monthly $500 Performance Bonus for top Performer 

Call Center Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 6:00 PM, occasional Saturdays (till 2PM)

Location:  In office only. Tampa, FL

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking up to 65 calls per day and is passionate about helping customers. This role offers career growth opportunities in areas such as Sales, Retention, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, upwards of 65 per day
  • Assist customers with service inquiries, scheduling, and account updates
  • Process payments and resolve billing concerns
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer records in PestPac
  • Schedule inspections and service appointments
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
  • Support sales team during high-volume periods
  • Meet performance metrics and service goals

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills. Prior customer service or inside sale experience, preferred.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems, including Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  Additional Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation. Location is near a bus line.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
