Customer Service Professional

Location:  Tampa, 33607 – This position is onsite

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Employees will be assigned a 40-hour work week. Candidates must be flexible with department hours and open to Saturday rotations approximately once a month during peak season. Final shift assignments will be provided at the time of offer.

Training Schedule – 4 Weeks Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Weeks 1: Classroom training covering PestPac systems and call etiquette.
Week 2: Shadowing and nesting with a Team Lead; you will begin taking calls.
Weeks 3–4: Transition to taking calls independently.

 

Job description:

  1. Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls, ensuring all interactions are positive, informative, and aligned with company guidelines. 
  2. Qualify calls, determine customer needs, provide product and service information, and create service accounts or schedule appointments when necessary. 
  3. Attain performance metrics, including monthly development plan goals, while maintaining friendly, professional interactions. 
  4. Process payments, resolve billing issues, apply credits/adjustments, and update customer accounts as required. 
  5. Collaborate with sales teams, service managers, and other departments to improve customer experience, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Must be computer proficient: Able to navigate multiple software systems
  • Must be MS Office and MS Excel proficient
  • Must be able to type approximately 40 WPM
  • Must be able to problem solve and remain productive independently
  • Must be able to remain positive and “hear the smile in your voice” client facing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required (No THC test)
