    Description

    Cutting Edge Stoneworks  |  Mooresville, NC  |  Full-Time  |  On-Site  |  Monday–Friday

If you're the person on the team who notices when something's missing before it becomes a problem. You keep things organized not because you're told to — but because disorder genuinely bothers you. You’ll appreciate Cutting Edge Stoneworks, building precision stonework for homeowners, builders, and designers across the region, and we need someone who brings that same precision to our internal operations.

    The Role

The Project Coordinator is the operational backbone of our customer service team. You protect workflow accuracy, own CRM discipline, and make sure every job packet is complete and correct before it moves to production. This isn't a background role — you're the link between Account Managers and our shop floor, and the whole team counts on you to catch what others might miss.

    What You'll Do

    • Maintain accurate job records in Stone App — quotes, notes, addresses, job data
    • Audit quotes after template to confirm accuracy before approval
    • Prepare and distribute job packets for templating, installation, and service work
    • Coordinate with Account Managers to keep documentation ahead of production timelines
    • Serve as the operational link between sales and the shop
    • Complete post-install follow-up calls with customers
    • Maintain tracking logs and required documentation across company systems

    What You Bring

    • Exceptional attention to detail — errors bother you and you catch them
    • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple active projects
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office — required
    • Experience in a CRM or job tracking system — strongly preferred
    • Stone App familiarity — a significant plus
    • Clear, professional communication skills

This is an in-office role in our Mooresville, NC facility. The environment is climate-controlled; occasional shop entry may be required.
