Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee stone countertop projects from order entry through installation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers and builders, and is skilled at coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage countertop orders from builders, retail customers, and commercial clients.
Coordinate material selection, ordering, and inventory requirements.
Schedule template appointments, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities.
Prepare and distribute shop packets, work orders, and project documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, designers, and internal teams.
Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes.
Coordinate with production, CAD, scheduling, and field installation teams.
Resolve customer concerns and project issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate project records within company systems.
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards.
