Customer Service - Remote - Entry Level

Responsibilities

In this position, you’ll work with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit programs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Speaking with members through inbound and outbound phone calls

• Scheduling virtual appointments with individuals requesting additional information

• Reviewing available benefit and coverage options in a clear, professional manner

• Assisting clients with online applications, forms, and required documentation

• Maintaining accurate and organized client records

• Following established company procedures and compliance requirements

• Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
