Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Dominos Pizza in Louisville, United States! Were looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 130 Breckinridge Ln location.
Answer phone calls and take customer orders with a positive attitude
Prepare delicious pizzas according to company standards and customer preferences
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a great experience for every customer
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
Assist with various tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
Strong team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Great attitude and an easy smile
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
