• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Prepare food items according to company standards and quality specifications
• Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate financial records
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and support colleagues as needed
• Assist with various cleaning and organizational tasks to maintain operational excellence
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently while demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment
